2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Heavy strength training equipment may require freight shipping at an additional cost.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery within the EU typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing (for cross-border deliveries), weather conditions, or high-demand periods. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Bulky strength equipment (kettlebells, dumbbell sets) may require additional processing time and a freight courier; you will be informed of the estimated delivery date at checkout.

The courier will be selected based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can use this to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
