Return & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made on our website within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us with a clear statement by emailing sales@voltem-sport.com or calling +371 20 314 345. You may use the following information in your statement:

"I hereby notify SIA "VOLTEM" that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product name(s)], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Customer name: [your name]. Customer address: [your address]."

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Original Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all protective materials, boxes and tags.

Unused & Undamaged

Items must be in the same condition as when received. They must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original parts, accessories, and documentation.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide your order number or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice).

3. Sport Equipment-Specific Conditions

Important: Apparel and Footwear

Apparel and footwear may be tried on indoors only. Items showing signs of outdoor use (scuffs on outsoles, sweat stains, deodorant marks) cannot be accepted for return.

  • Helmets, mouthguards, and other personal protective equipment must be returned unworn with all hygiene seals intact. For safety reasons, used protective gear cannot be returned.
  • Bottles, hydration bladders and similar drinkware must be returned unused and unwashed in their sealed packaging.
  • Heavy items such as dumbbells, kettlebells and weight plates may incur a return shipping surcharge due to their weight.
  • Custom-printed or personalised items (e.g. team jerseys with added names) cannot be returned unless defective, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

4. Return Shipping

Standard Returns (Withdrawal)

For returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping back defective goods so we can arrange the return for you or provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Damaged Goods on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

  1. Photograph the damage, including the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged item(s).
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@voltem-sport.com with your order number and photographs.
  3. Do not discard the packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
  4. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Custom-printed or personalised sport apparel
  • Used protective equipment (helmets, mouthguards, pads)
  • Drinkware that has been opened or used
  • Items showing signs of outdoor use or wear
  • Gift cards and vouchers
